The Tallapoosa Wellness Collective of Carrollton partners with educators and guides who are dedicated to the well being and health of both mind and body through the practice of yoga, tai chi, meditation, kids yoga, and other inclusive activities. As a Collective, we also provide meeting space to our community partners and office space for practitioners who optimize wellness.

Tai Chi incorporates slow, deliberate movements, meditation, and breathing exercises to help your circulation, balance, and alignment while restoring energy. This is a low-impact martial art with amazing benefits. The Tai chi/Qigong class features study of the Yang style short form exercise, a Chinese discipline for health and self-mastery that uses slow fluid movements to achieve strength and balance and induce relaxation. Gentle breathing exercises are included for health and cultivation of a meditative state.
