This workshop is specially designed for teens who are heading back to school this August and need some yogic tools to help them with the pressures and demands that come with being a student. We will learn a variety of yoga poses (asanas), breathing techniques, meditation, and more to help teens learn to manage stress, relieve tension in the body and become more focused and self-aware. All teens are welcome to join, regardless of experience with yoga.
Cost for the workshop is $35
